RETURNS

We understand that your purchase may not be suitable, and you may wish to return your purchase for an exchange, credit note or refund. We want this process to be as easy as possible so we kindly ask you email our customer care team at hello@stylwardrobe.com to request a return.


We offer exchanges, credit notes and refunds on full priced products subject to the below conditions.

  • You have been in contact with our customer care team at hello@stylwardrobe.com to request a return.
  • Items are returned to STYL Wardrobe within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items are in their original, as-new condition with all tags attached. Any garment that has be worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be accepted. Please be careful when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any make-up stains or that smell of perfume.

Exchanges

  • To request an exchange please contact our customer care via email at hello@stylwardrobe.com.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of when the item is received by STYL Wardrobe.

Credit notes

  • To request a credit note please contact our customer care via email at hello@stylwardrobe.com.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit note to be processed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation stating that your credit note has been processed.
  • You will be credited the dollar value of the item returns, excluding any shipping charges.

Refunds

  • To request a refund please contact our customer care via email at hello@stylwardrobe.com.
  • We do not offer refunds on sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
  • Pre-order items are made to order so cannot be refunded for change of mind. We do however offer an exchange or credit note on pre-order items.
  • Items must be returned to STYL Wardrobe within 14 days of receiving the order to receive a refund.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Sale

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund. Sale items are eligible for a credit note or exchange only.
  • Further discount on sale items: All sale items purchased with a further discount on the already marked down price are considered final sale and will not be eligible for exchange, credit note or refund, unless deemed faulty by the company. By purchasing a sale item on further markdown, you agree that the item cannot be returned.
  • Prices are as marked. Sale prices are final.
  • During sale period, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order.

After-pay

  • For full priced items purchased using Afterpay, subject to the above conditions, your item will be eligible for refund, credit note or exchange. Please note you will be refunded the amount of your garment minus shipping costs and Afterpay fees.

Please note

  • STYL Wardrobe will assess the goods to determine whether they meet the above conditions for return. STYL Wardrobe reserves the right not to approve a return if the goods do not meet the above conditions.
  • Goods must be packed securely in a postage bag together with your original invoice and returns form. 
  • STYL Wardrobe does not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended customers purchase a Registered Post sticker from Australia Post for tracking purposes.
  • The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges, we do not refund the shipping fee.
